Each year, your Lady Cats Volleyball team hosts two major fundraisers. These girls and their families work tirelessly to raise money and awareness for a great cause. The theme for this year is "We Fight Together/More Than 4", meaning that only 4% of all money raised for cancer research goes towards children's cancer research. We want to change that! The Lady Cats Volleyball team has chosen to send all of the funds that we raise from the Real Men Wear Pink co-ed softball tournament (held at the North Island on October 15) and Volley for a Cure (held at WHS on October 11) to the Children's Cancer Therapy Development Institute, in memory of our young friend Megan Bugg. These funds will help to continue Megan's mission to finance important childhood cancer research projects.

If you would like more information about registering a team for the Real Men Wear Pink Co-Ed Softball Tournament, making a donation, or how you can help with these fundraisers, please contact event chairperson Megan Van Duyne by email or at (815)926-1792.
